It is with great humility that I decided to make a "product page" dedicated to Girolamo Savonarola, my ancestor. I wanted to make him a "nod". I think there is any real similarity with path or destiny? He was a student of medicine and in art, he wrote and painted. I'm always interested in medicine (the study of human body and I have several collections being in general) that has always fascinated me. But I am very interested in spirituality, personal development of man and of course art in general. My ancestor practiced art of divination, I practice too. He wrote, I write myself a "Roman ". It was the painting and today is a real passion for me.

Preaching the word of God (I spent five years with the scriptures to try to understand something). He wanted to establish a policy Theocratic half and half Democratic. He was accused of "False Prophet", see "Antichrist". In my case, I actually saw her story in video (I personally) and what we told him, was only partly "true. " According to the story "movie"of his life, Pope was the era of "prostitution"in the Vatican itself, where he had his apartments. It was "killing" and "cold blood"in the Vatican. He got "a kind of cabal" against Savonarola. All those who considered him a friend became suddenly, his enemy. They were forced to divert and willfully "face" of Savonarola, or they were "threatened"to their expulsion from Florence tours!

Always and after his story, Savonarola was first in the shade, then became famous in all of Florence, his hometown, he cherished above all. Since he has done much good before all things, he took from the rich to give to the poor. I had signed the "agreements" between Italy and France, he was planning to process and sign "agreements" with all Europe. But given the magnitude that took Savonarola, the Pope decided to take care of himself and thus put him to wrong course. Today, some say he was a "false prophet" and others became a "saint ". No, it was not a false prophet, a man above all who had given the "word of God, "which did much good, which was recognized (according to history) as a man "good" then a "Saint ". Bishop of Italy said on "themselves"and with reason, that they "shame" to which the IPO was tortured, executed and placed on the pyre.

Note: (for those who do not know about it): The art of divination is not an "evil", when used to "help " and "guide " others. It was in this same "sense" that must be used otherwise the "laws of the Cosmic Universe" are clear and the Holy Scriptures (the same) it is returned a hundredfold for those using evil "Art" or for some the "Don". How GOD himself, he would leave a "man " calling himself "prophet" and talked of leaving the "Holy Scriptures" which are "blessed " before all earthly things? And without GOD intervenes himself? Outside it is not GOD but the Pope at the time who was "murdered" Savonarola and for my part, to these whims of the moment ...

He wrote both composed in Latin, in Italian, they are varied:

1 - Poems. 2 - A treatise on poetics. 3 - A treaty of political Trattato circa e governo dello it reggimento città di Firenze (1498) 4 - texts for religious reform as: Compendio it rivelazioni (1495) and Dialogo della verità Profetic (1497) 5 - sermons as: italiane ai Fiorentini Prediche (1495) Sermones super Lenten Archam Noe. Venezia, Pietro de 'Nicolini da Sabio per Francesco e Michele Tramezzino, 1536. These sermons were carefully recorded by its listeners and will be published by the brothers Tramezines in Venice which is one of the first editorial.

Savonarola Girolamo

Girolamo Savonarola, Italian Girolamo Savonarola, born in Ferrara, 21 or 24 September 1452 [1] and died at the stake in Florence, May 23, 1498, is a Dominican friar, Italian preacher and reformer, who established and directed the theocratic dictatorship of Florence from 1494 to 1498. Also called Hieronymus Savonarola Girolamo Savonarola, or he is known for his religious reforms, preaching his anti-humanist, his Bonfire of the Vanities which disappeared several books and numerous works of art. He preached so vehemently against the moral corruption of the Catholic candle, but without calling into question the dogma.

Third son of a distinguished family established in Ferrara, in northern Italy, he was raised by his paternal grandfather, Michel (Professor and renowned physician), and is intended also to medicine. He began studying at the University of Ferrara, where he earned a degree in Arts. From his youth, he became interested in Sacred Scripture and immersed himself in reading the works of Aristotle, Plato and St. Thomas Aquinas in particular. His penchant anticlerical and traits are already a reformer in his early writings. Thus, De Ruina Mundi, a poem he wrote 20 years denouncing the degradation of society and the ascendancy of lust and impiety. It was also at this time that he chooses his spiritual path, and his allegorical poem De Ruina Ecclesiae (1475) shows his contempt for the Roman Curia, which he describes as a "fucking liar and proud. "
